WHY THIS MATTERS

Not every neighborhood in Waukegan has equal access to nature. This map makes that visible — so we can make decisions about where to focus resources, build infrastructure, and invest in programming. The goal isn't to treat any neighborhood as a problem. It's to recognize where the opportunity to make the biggest difference is.
